Lagoni Erection Inc. was established in 1988 and was formed with hands-on working experience as our foundation. In the tri-state area, Lagoni is now working on many pre-engineered metal building projects with the help of a new building agreement created by the Iron Workers District Council of Eastern Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and Northern West Virginia. This agreement has expanded in the tri-state area with Iron Worker Local 3, in Pittsburgh, PA, and Local 549 in Wheeling, WV signing onto the agreement in an effort to regain market share in this important and growing industry. This new agreement has made Lagoni Erection, Inc. very competitive in its pricing while providing us a trained, skilled, and experienced work force to handle projects from 500 sq. ft to 250,000 sq. ft.
